Cancellation & Equipment Return Policy

1. GPSPRO OWNS THE EQUIPMENT

All GPS tracking devices, AI dashcam systems (including add-on cameras), SIM cards, cables, harnesses, and related hardware (“Equipment”) are and remain the sole property of GPSPRO, LLC at all times. Equipment is furnished to you solely as a data collection instrument so GPSPRO can deliver its monitoring and reporting services. No sale, lease, or transfer of title occurs at any time. You agree to safeguard the Equipment and to return all Equipment to GPSPRO when your service ends, as described below.

2. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (FIRST-TIME SERVICE TRIALS ONLY)

If you are trying a GPSPRO Service for the first time and are not satisfied, you may cancel that Service within 30 days of its first shipment date. Contact us at cancel@gpspro.com or 702-501-9600 for current return instructions, and return all Equipment for that Service. Upon receipt and inspection of the Equipment, GPSPRO will refund the service fees you prepaid for that Service. The Activation Fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. This guarantee applies once per customer per Service type, only to your first order of a Service you have not previously had. It does not apply to additional quantities, renewals, or expansions of a Service you already have, and it does not apply to add-on orders on an existing account for a Service type already on your account.

3. HOW TO CANCEL (ANYTIME, NO CONTRACT)

GPSPRO service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may request cancellation at any time by emailing cancel@gpspro.com (or support@gpspro.com) with your company name and the word CANCEL, by calling 702-501-9600, or through https://cancel.gpspro.com. A cancellation request sent to any GPSPRO email address is honored as of the date we receive it. We will acknowledge your request in writing within 2 business days and provide current return instructions.

4. WHAT CANCELLATION DOES AND DOES NOT DO

When you request cancellation, GPSPRO stops automatic charges to your stored payment method for future billing periods. Requesting cancellation does not, by itself, release any amount you owe or end your obligation to return GPSPRO’s Equipment. All amounts owed remain due and are billed to you by invoice for direct payment, and service continues to be provided and billed until your account is closed as described below.

Your account is not closed, and your cancellation is not finalized, until both of the following are satisfied for every device on your account: (1) all amounts owed are paid in full, including any past-due balances and the current prepaid billing period; and (2) each device is either returned to and received by GPSPRO, or its Unreturned Equipment Fee is paid. Until your account is closed, it remains active, GPSPRO continues to provide service and to issue invoices for all amounts owed, and those amounts remain collectible by any lawful means, including referral to collections and legal action. Removing your payment method, blocking charges, or disputing a charge does not cancel your service, reduce your balance, or end your obligation to return the Equipment.

5. BILLING IS PREPAID; THE 14-DAY RETURN GRACE

GPSPRO bills in advance at the start of each billing period. Your billing period may be monthly or every three months, and it may begin on any day of the month, as stated on your invoices. Service fees are not prorated and are not refunded for unused time.

For each billing period, you have a return grace of 14 calendar days beginning on that period’s start date. If GPSPRO receives your returned device on or before the 14th day of a billing period, GPSPRO will not charge you for that billing period for that device, or will credit that period’s charge if it was already billed, and that device’s Unreturned Equipment Fee is voided. If GPSPRO does not receive the device within that 14-day grace, that billing period is owed in full for that device, the Unreturned Equipment Fee becomes due, and service for that device continues to be invoiced each following billing period, without limit, until the device is returned and received by GPSPRO or its Unreturned Equipment Fee is paid. Because you choose the shipping method, please select a service fast enough to be received within the grace.

6. UNRETURNED EQUIPMENT FEE (NOT A SALE)

Until each device is returned and received by GPSPRO, service for that device continues and is invoiced at your regular rate. At GPSPRO’s option, GPSPRO may instead assess a one-time Unreturned Equipment Fee per device in place of further service billing for that device. The current Unreturned Equipment Fees are: Wired GPS Tracker, $75.00 per device; AI DashCam System (including any add-on cameras), $500.00 per system; other Equipment, the amount stated on your quote or order confirmation.

The Unreturned Equipment Fee is not a purchase, sale, or transfer of the device, and paying it does not give you ownership. All Equipment remains the sole property of GPSPRO, LLC at all times. The Fee compensates GPSPRO for the loss of its Equipment and the associated deprovisioning and recovery costs. Paying the Fee for a device ends only the future service billing for that device; it does not reduce, settle, or waive any service charges already owed. A device that has accrued unpaid service cannot be released by paying the Fee alone; all service charges owed for that device, plus the Fee, must be paid in full.

If you pay an Unreturned Equipment Fee for a device and then locate and return it, you may request a one-time credit of that Fee, available only if the device is received by GPSPRO within the 14-day return grace and all other invoices on your account are paid in full and not disputed. The Fee is otherwise non-refundable. Returning a device does not transfer ownership; the Equipment is GPSPRO’s at all times.

7. HOW TO RETURN (CONTACT US FIRST)

Before shipping anything back, contact us at support@gpspro.com or 702-501-9600 for current return instructions. Our receiving location can change, and we want to be sure your return reaches us; we may also be able to transfer the service to the vehicle’s new owner or help another way. When you return Equipment: include each device and its wiring harness (and, for AI DashCam Systems, all cameras and components that shipped with it); use a shipping method that is tracked, delivery-confirmed, and insured for the full replacement value of each device ($75.00 per wired GPS tracker; $500.00 per AI DashCam System); and email your tracking number to support@gpspro.com. Return shipping is your responsibility, and each device remains your responsibility until GPSPRO receives it. Equipment returned damaged beyond normal wear, or incomplete, may be assessed a Damaged Equipment Fee of up to the applicable Unreturned Equipment Fee for that device.

8. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If anything is missing or damaged when your order arrives, report it to support@gpspro.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
