Cancel Service / Request an Equipment Return (RMA)
GPSPRO service is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime; there is no contract and no cancellation fee.
To cancel, send an email to cancel@gpspro.com from your account email address with your company name, or call 702-501-9600. A cancellation request sent to any GPSPRO email address is honored as of the date we receive it. We will confirm in writing within 2 business days, stop future recurring charges to your stored payment method as of your request, and email your RMA number and return instructions for the GPSPRO-owned equipment.
What to expect: your service and login continue through your paid-through date; all equipment must be returned within 14 days after your paid-through date; unreturned equipment is subject to continued service billing or an Unreturned Equipment Fee per the Cancellation & Equipment Return Policy at https://returns.gpspro.com.
