Shipping Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Equipment provided by GPSPRO ships from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, NV via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to physical street addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Charges. Shipping of GPSPRO Equipment is billed at GPSPRO’s actual carrier cost, with no markup, and is shown as a separately stated line on your quote or invoice. Expedited shipping (2nd Day, Overnight) is available at your request and is billed the same way, at actual carrier cost.

Processing Time. Most orders ship within 2 business days after your initial payment is received. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.

Tracking. We email your tracking number the day your Equipment ships. Your tracking number may not register with the carrier until the package is scanned that evening.

Service Start Date. Service for each device begins on the date the Equipment ships. Carrier transit time, delivery date, and installation timing are controlled by you (and the carrier) and do not change the Service Start Date.

Signature. For your protection, shipments may require a signature on delivery.

Address Accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address and contact information. If a package must be redirected by the carrier after it ships due to an address error or a change you request, a $12.00 redirect fee applies.

Carrier Delays. GPSPRO is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier mechanical issues, or other events outside our control, and carriers do not refund shipping for such delays. Always check your tracking link for current status.

Returns. All Equipment remains the property of GPSPRO, LLC and must be returned when your service ends. Returns require an RMA. See the Cancellation & Equipment Return Policy at https://returns.gpspro.com. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we ship you a prepaid label for a defective unit.
