GPSPRO, LLC (“GPSPRO,” “we,” “us”) provides managed telematics, GPS tracking, AI dashcam, and related data services to businesses. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. Contact us anytime at support@gpspro.com or 702-501-9600.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account and contact information: company name, contact name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, and records of your communications with us.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. You enter your card or bank information directly into Stripe’s secure portal. GPSPRO never sees, collects, or stores your full card number, and card data is never stored on GPSPRO systems.
Telematics and service data: the devices we provide collect vehicle and asset data as part of the service you ordered, which may include GPS location, routes, speed, ignition status, voltage, sensor readings, and device diagnostics. AI dashcam services additionally capture video, images, and event data from inside and/or outside the vehicle, and may capture audio where enabled. This data is collected from your vehicles at your direction so we can deliver your reports and platform access.
Website data: standard log information and cookies used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. We do not partner with ad networks and we do not sell your information.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To deliver, configure, and support the services you ordered; to generate the reports and analytics you access; to bill you and communicate about your account, invoices, renewals, and service notices; to diagnose device and network issues; to prevent fraud and enforce our agreements; and to comply with law.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FLEET OPERATOR
You control which vehicles and assets are monitored. You are responsible for providing any notices to, and obtaining any consents from, your drivers, employees, and vehicle occupants that applicable law requires for GPS tracking and for video or audio recording, including audio recording consent laws that vary by state. Do not enable in-cab audio or video where you have not satisfied these requirements.
4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only with service providers who help us deliver the service under contract, such as wireless carriers and SIM connectivity providers, cloud hosting and platform infrastructure providers, payment processing (Stripe), and shipping carriers. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, to protect GPSPRO’s rights and property (including recovery of GPSPRO-owned equipment and collection of amounts owed), or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
5. RETENTION
We retain account and billing records as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Vehicle location history and dashcam media are retained for the period included with your service plan, after which they are deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course.
6. SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted transport (TLS/SSL) for the website and platform and Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure for payments. No system is perfectly secure; protect your login credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information by emailing support@gpspro.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights (such as access, deletion, correction, and portability under state privacy laws, including for California residents). We will honor verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise any right, email support@gpspro.com with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST.
8. CHILDREN
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. CHANGES
We will post any changes to this Policy on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice before they take effect.
